HEAD OF RECRUITMENT (EE)

Our client, a financial services institution, is looking for a well networked, highly innovative & proactive individual as the Head of Recruitment and On boarding in HR.

The successful applicant will have overall accountability for recruitment, as well as product and systems training.

Key responsibilities:
• Providing leadership and direction to the Recruitment and Onboarding teams
• Guiding the recruitment team to access innovative and effective sourcing strategies for external and internal vacancies
• Clear measurement of recruitment processes, i.e. cost of acquisition, effectiveness of channels, hit rates, etc.
• Enhancing the newly implemented eRecruitment system
• Working closely with both the HR and business teams to ensure that business and transformational requirements are understood and met

Minimum requirements:
• Post Graduate HR Degree preferred and a minimum of 10 years current, relevant experience in Recruitment and Development; experience in elearning advantageous
• Previous leadership experience at a senior level necessary
• Well networked and someone who keeps abreast of latest employment and development trends and HR benchmarks
• Good understanding of the SETAs and NQF frameworks
• Excellent relationship building experience at all levels
