Job Description

Financial services group seeks an experienced Senior Talent Management Manager to be the subject matter expert in one of their business units to manage, development and implement Talent Management and OD strategy, with an initial strong weighting on Talent Management. Manco level role.

 

  • Are you an HR professional with a minimum of 5 years senior level Talent Management experience with financial services or a blue chip Co?
  • Do you have Centre of Excellence experience, with the combined trait to be both strategic and hands-on in your role?
  • Have you had exposure in digitalizing talent management?
  • Are you passionate about a team playing environment, that is innovative, diverse and dedicated and looking to be part of building the company’s Organisational Design and Talent Management strategy?

The role in a nutshell:  develop the talent management framework – crafting it from scratch, design, implement and maintain the talent acquisition strategy, planning and implementation of performance management frameworks, Identify and analyse organisation effectiveness opportunities, lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of corporate programmes to drive the culture required to achieve the business. Responsible for workforce transformation through employment equity in alignment in alignment with strategic goals. Additional info available on application.

 

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of a completed relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years experience of which a minimum of 5 years has been in a management role within Talent Management and OD
  • Must have strong project management and team management skills
  • Strong preference to candidates form the financial services industry
  • Natural leader, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good translation from business strategy to goals
  • Good understanding of organisational change
  • Management of recruitment and on-boarding processes and governance around these
  • Must have previous data analysis and MIS reporting
  • Good track record of working at a senior level within a complex and professional business
  • Understanding organisational change
