Contract Personal Assistant, EE (6 Month Contract)

Job Description

The role in a nutshell: Assisting with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. Organising events and conferences. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses. Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager.


Cape Town N/Subs area based.


EE role. This role is open to suitably qualified Employment Equity candidates in line with our client’s EE requirements.


Qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum Matric
  • Secretarial diploma (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
