Job Description

Rare opportunity to join a dynamic HR team (within a leading financial markets team). Must be able to demonstrate a depth of understanding on roles that you have recruited for, and gravitas to engage senior stakeholders / service providers with confidence when discussing sourcing needs. Additionally, strong project managing skills to drive towards internal recruitment goals, a proactive persona, exceptional team player qualities, and solution driven mindset required.


Role will suit a degree qualified candidate with 5+ years’ experience recruiting at Exco to mid levels within another established (and agile) financial services environment.  Great role, to join a very professional team!

Qualifications & experience required:

  • Min of a tertiary qualification ideally in the humanities/ HR or BA
  • Min of 5 years recruitment experience post qualification in the financial services industry
  • Strong negotiation skills – negotiate with the candidate, managers and agencies.
  • Good command of the English language; both written and verbal communication.

Core competencies required:

  • Good interpersonal skills – listening, empathy, communication and being perceptive to the business needs
  • Confident, as you will be interacting with senior managers and professionals
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time well
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
