Full-Time Sales Consultant – Short Term Insurance

Job Description

Financial Services team is looking for a strong Sales Consultant to join their team!

 

Role in a nutshell: Deliver on contracted hours (productivity). Achieving contracted sales targets.

Conduct outbound telesales presentations to clients. Maximize business opportunities. Resolve complaints and objections. Quality delivery/recorded customer information. Ensuring ongoing business relationship with clients. Short term insurance product accreditation. After-sales information and advice.

 

Cape Town, based role.


Qualifications:

  •  Grade 12

 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 1 year short term experience (motor and home) – preferred
  • 1 year sales experience in an outbound call centre
  • Experience of relevant short term insurance underwriting would be advantageous
  • Clear criminal and credit record
